I brought my SUV in after hearing a strange rattling sound, and they diagnosed the issue quickly. It turned out to be a loose heat shield, not the expensive transmission problem another shop suggested. That honesty alone earned my trust. They fixed it the same afternoon, and the price was much lower than I expected. The staff explained everything clearly without talking down to me, which I appreciated. It’s hard finding mechanics who feel trustworthy these days. The car has been running perfectly since, and I’ll definitely return here for regular maintenance instead of bouncing between random shops.

By far the best car repair shop I've used. Great communication, car experts, great listeners, courteous, and great customer service. Dakota and Darrel truly made me a believer that real car repair services DO exist, and right here in Farmington. Darrel's Firestone is what car repair should be like! From the moment I called, I explained my circumstances. I was welcomed to drop off my car, no waiting for weeks for an appointment. Very quickly, I had a diagnosis for my car which made sense. Within a short amount of time, the required part was ordered, received and repaired. If you have had bad experiences with dealerships, (we all know what those experiences feel like) Please try Darrel's Firestone! You'll feel like you won the lottery, you'll feel liberated from the stranglehold that dealerships seem so entitled to place on customers. And you'll get great, confident service! Darrel's has been the best thing that ever happened to my 2008 Ford Ranger. I've had MANY repairs done over the last 5 years. Brakes, suspension, fuel pump, electrical, and many more that I have forgotten. Some were big, some were small, but the quality and reasonable price were always the same. I've been taking my vehicles here for a few years now. My 2008 ranger has needed many repairs, but they have kept it on the road and honestly, it's running better than ever. They are a busy shop though, so keep that in mind and be patient.

I went at the last minute for tire service, they were upfront about their availability to care care of me and was polite about my expectations and their time, needless to say they took care of me same day and didn't make me feel bad about needing their service in a crunch. Darrell's Firestone is my new place to take my car! I have gone to them twice already! First time for an oil change and second when I needed a new front headlight. They have great customer service and I trust them with my car! It's also a super convenient location so if they don't have your car for long you can wonder around Downtown Farmington

We've taken our vehicles to Darrell's Firestone a few times for various repairs. I've always had a good experience with their service and prices. This past experience was so good that I had to come post a review. I had driven my car on Saturday and everything was fine. The next morning it would crank over but not start. I took the battery out and had it tested at Autozone. They said it tested bad and was only at 50% charged. It was 4yrs old so I bought a new one. Put that one in and the car did the same thing. Cranked over good but wouldn't start. I had the vehicle towed to Darrell's on Monday morning and they started working on it that afternoon. After working to troubleshoot the issue for most of Tuesday, their tech identified the issue as a fuel pump driver module. Their price for the part and service were more than fair considering how much time and effort went into diagnosing the issue since the computer codes didn't offer much help. Can recommend these guys enough. Hopefully I don't have any more issues anytime soon, it if I do, I know where I'm taking my car.

A trusted place for oil changes and quick car fixes. They are honest and I like that about them. I stopped using my dealership for oil changes because they always find something wrong to upcharge. This place doesn't do that.

Had an appointment to have 4 new tires installed. Was told on arrival that it might take longer than usual due to staffing issue. Decided to wait anyway. I made it a bit more complicated by bringing extra wheels for the new tires. Waiting area is clean and pleasant. They understood what I wanted and handled it with no confusion. Job was completed within estimated time. I will be back.
